Parqy is a digital platform that connects drivers looking for secure parking spaces directly with owners of private driveways. Drivers can easily search, book, and access spaces via mobile, while space owners monetize their idle concrete.
Becoming a host takes minutes. Simply sign up, go to "Become a Host", upload a few details of your driveway or parking spot, set your availability, and define your own pricing. Once published, drivers in your area can request or book your space.
To ensure a safe and trusted community, Parqy uses secure identity verification powered by our partner Stripe. Hosts go through a streamlined verification process to guarantee safety and prevent fraud.
Navigate to "Find", enter your destination in Cologne or elsewhere, choose a matching private or commercial spot, and book it directly through your phone. Access to the parking area is handled seamlessly via Google Maps and Apple Maps connection.
We store only necessary transactional and account data required to provide our service, and comply with legal obligations (such as tax laws). Personal data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not store your banking information, nor your verification documents on our servers, these run entirely via StripeYou can request a full data export or account deletion at any time in accordance with GDPR.
You can delete your account directly within your profile settings or by sending a request to our support team at hello@parqy.app. Once requested, your personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases, subject to statutory retention periods.

Currently, garages are not available on our platform. All spaces must be easily accessible with no gate barriers.
Your driveway must be fully accessible without any problems ("barrier-free"). Furthermore, your photos must be high quality and showcase the parking space accurately. There must be no mismatch or misleading representation, otherwise the listing will be removed. While a description is optional, adding one gives drivers valuable context—such as proximity to the city center or nearby points of interest.
